Police Catch Thief, I Happy HAPPY!!
Some interesting thing happened today...
it involves Dear, 3 Police, 2 retail shop staff and of course ME!!
i'm basically the main party in this incident..
sound like a mediacorp show ar.. haha~!!
okay, the incident goes like this:
it's weekend and hurray!, my dear is not working..
so we went to Bugis Junction to hunt for my office wear again..
reached and started shopping at around 4pm..
okay.. it's super crowded over there... cause it's a saturday!!.. haha~!!
luck wasnt that bad today.. as i manged to get 2 tops within an hour..
one from Little Match Girl which cost 28 buck and the one from Yin&Yang, costing 43.90 bucks..
Yin&Yang plastic bag was quite ugly.. and so i stuff that top into Little Match Girl's Paper bag with the top inside..
then we proceed to the "Edge" section hoping to get somemore.. haha!!
went into a shop name "BUS STOP"..
wanted to try on a piece of super ugly dress.. oops~!!
the fitting room was kinda small and so i place the paper bag, containg 2 tops, on the FLOOR!!..
after trying, i left the fitting room WITH my bag, but WITHOUT the paper bag!!..
stupid and careless me had totall forgot about that paper bag.. and left the shop happily!!
i only realise it after we left the shop for around 3 mins ONLY!!..
rushed back to that "BUS STOP".. and ta-dah.. the bag is GONE!!
i'm totally in a shocked mood hoping to see the paper bag there..
asked the one and only one staff standing there..
alright, initially there were two staff in the shop..
lets called them staff A and staff B..
the one standing there was staff A..
asked her and she gave mi those "Yaya" and "Bo-chap" attitude..
say she don know.. and tell mi that her colleague, which is staff B, had went out to buy something..
huh?.. why did she tell mi about her colleague when i'm only asking about my paper bag?..
and wat shocked me even more was that her colleague suddenly walked out of the fitting room which is INSIDE the shop..
y did she lie to me?..
didnt think so much at that period of time..
i'm sooo lost and sad.. mind's totally blank.. hugged dear and cried really bad!!..
heard the staff saying "SORRY, sorry, sorry".. stupid her!!
walked out of the shop hoping to see someone holding on the my paper bag..
my heart is really pain about those 2 lost items which cost me $71.90.. cried all the way from level 3 to B1..

brought mi back to the 2 shop and buy back those 2 tops.. Thanks my Dear!!
called mum and dor.. mum scolded me for my carelessness.. and dor say it's a lesson learned!!,. ah-bish!!..
managed to cooled down a little after that..
Dear was hungry and so we went to KFC for a dinner..
had O.R. Fillet as i wasnt in a mood to eat anything..
while eating, Dear suddenly popped-out some question which made us feel suspicious of the 2 staff..
it couldnt be that fast for a customer to went in the shop, went into the fitting room and took the paper bag without getting curious wat's inside???..
question starting pooping out.. like why did she tell mi abt her colleague when I didnt even ask..
and y she didnt have any reaction when i say i lost something?..
omg.. with these question, dear felt that the 2 staff is the most suspicious one...
after our KFC, dear insisted on calling the Police.. to clear all my doubts...
yeah, his occupation made him wanted to do so also.. haha..
waited for the police outside mc donalds..
2 policeman and 1 police-woman appeared..
dear is the one doing the talking and i'm the one nodding.. cause i'm scare..
the 3 police followed us up to the shop after listening to dear's story..
police went into the shop..
as usual, staff A had a yaya attitude while staff B had a Bo-chap attitude..
took down their particulars and started asking them some question..
both staff A and B insisted that they did not take the paper bag... of-course lar!!..
police started searching "high and low" in their shop..
wohoo~..
15 mins past..
1 policeman found something.. the Little Match Girl paper bag with nothing inside..
at that point of time, Dear is somehow 80% confirmed that they were the one who took it!..
while i'm only like 20% confirmed..
wa.. seems like Dear got experience de wor.. haha.. well, wat he guess is always right most of the time..
at this point of time, staff A was like telling us to believe her that she nv took it..!!
she keep promising and asked us to believed her.. pui~!!.. if we believe you, dear wont even called the police rite?!!
the Police woman is a nice person..
she search every small corner of the store room and even the rubbish bin!!..
10 mins later...
ta-dah!.. she found the Yin&Yang plastic bag..
okay, at this point of time, i'm like 80% confirmed while dear is alreay 100% confirm that they took it.. haha~!!
another 5 min past~..
another 2 police arrived.. omg y so many??
one policeman walked out of the shop and tell us that it's CONFIRMED that they took it!!..
yeah.. they found bit and pieces of the torn receipt of Yin&Yang in the rubbish bin..
it's puzzle time!!.. they took like 2mins to match them back into one whole piece of Yin&Yang receipt!!..
woo~.. no more YaYa attitude from staff A..
she become more tense up.. and maybe panicked??
thing started to get worst for them..
their boss arrived..
police talk to both staff individually..
none of them admitted..
another 10 mins past..
meanwhile, both dear and i stayed outside the shop and waited for somemore good news..
we saw the policewoman talking to staff A..
no idea wat their conversation was.. but i'm kinda happy with wat i saw..
staff A squad down and took out those 2 tops which looked SOOOO farmilar to mi!!..
HURRAY!!.. my lost item FOUND!!..
police were talking to their boss..
and then all of them went in the shop and talked to the 2 greedy and dishonest staff..
dear and i were still standing ouside wondering wat's gonna happened next..
we saw another 3 more police appeared..
WA.. now there were like 8 POLICE here..
y are they so FREE??!!!... haha.~!!. maybe dear could answer that question for me.. !!.. hehe..
5mins past..
police asked us into the shop and said that the 2 greedy and dishonest staff wanted to tell us "something"..
yeah yeah!!. EXPECTED!!.. they said SORRY!!..
NO!!.. that's not enough!!..
trying to make things difficult for them.. Dear questioned them..
i of course didnt accept their sorry either..
okay, things go like this :-
Dear : Why did you lie and wat's your intention?..
Staff A and B: .............. ( moments of silience)
(3 sec later..)
Staff A: no, i did not lie.. and i had no intention to take the top.. i just put it under the table cause i got NO-WHERE else to put it..
(omg!!.. how retarted can she be!!.. argh!! )
Me: you soo wanted that top is it?
staff A:no we don wan it.. and that's the reason y we put it under the table..
Me: y you did not return it to me when i came back to look for it??..
staff A: cause i threw it at a corner of my cashier.. and it pretty dirty over there.. (lame shits!!..)
Me: (super pissed with her retarted answer ) huh?.. since you don wan it, y didnt you return it to me??!!.. plus i'm crying soo badly you know ??!!
staff A: ........................ cause it's pretty dirty at the corner.. and i'm afraid that if i took it out, you might not wan it.. (faint.. does i look like a 3 yr old to her.. wat make her think that i will react this way!! )
Me: OF COURSE I WAN IT!!.. (you bitch!!)
staff A: ................................ (silience..)
alright, she got no sense of feeling sorry.. no point talking to her..
so dear said: So you don feel SORRY at all rite?.. you felt that u are doing a right thing to put it under table and not returning it back to us rite?..
staff A: no, i didnt say i'm doing the right thing.. i know it's wrong.. and i had already said sorry..
(omg.. i'm going to curse her for a lifetime!! retarted freak!! )
staff A: (crying) so wat you wan mi to do now? (point at the tops one the table )
Me: huh?.. y are you asking ME!!.. then wat you wan mi to do??!!.. my dear had already bought another set for me and you cant expect mi to take it.. it sounds so retarted to have 2 similar of clothes RIGHT?!!!
staff A: ....................................
Me: NO!.. i'm definitely NOT going to take it back..
staff A: then i return you the money for tops, and at the same time, you can also take the tops back..
Me: (wow, it sound pretty good for mi.. but due to come "face" issue as so many ppl is around, i reacted another way) WAT!!.. return mi money?.. you think your money is VERY BIG??!!.. (feeling abit heartpain after saying this.. haha )
staff A: i change the top to another design for you..
Me: (this pissed mi even more.. i wonder how big is her brain or is she NOT thinking at ALL!!) change it for mi??!!.. you know my size? taste? color? design?... how are you going to change to for mi??.. bullshit!!

at this point of time i keep asking dear how how how how??..
told him and the policeman that no matter wat, i'm not gonna take the top back.. it sounds SILLY to have 2 tops TOTALLY the SAME!!
then...

policeman: (talking to staffA) think of a solution.. stand in her(pointing to me) position and think of wat you will do if you were her, having two similar top..
staff A: ............................. as wat i say, i will return her money and she could also take back the top..
at this time, i'm askin dear to decided for me.. hehe..
since she said it the second time, i don wanna waste any more chance of taking back my money..
then dear said : okay fine!.. we will take back the money!! but the top you can help it since you wanted it SO much!.. we don wan to gain anything from YOU!
staff A: but i also don wan the top.. (acting so innocent, as if someone forced her to keep the top in the first place!)
Dear and Me: NO!.. you don wan the TOP!!.. just pay us..
staff A: .... so the top how? ( hey you!!.. stop asking childish question!!)
policeman: watever it is, you (pointing to staff A) just pay them the $$, and treat it like you bought the top OKAY???... it doesnt matter wat you gonna do to the top.. once you pay them, these top is yours... OKAY??!!!
staff A: ok..
staff A and B: (flirting tone) BOSS, can lend mi money??
Boss: PAY DOUBLE!!..
dear and Me: don need don need!.. jsut pay the correct amount..
(haha.. the boss is a really nice person i can say.. but too bad!!.. he got lousy staff!!. )
yeah!!.. and this is how i got back my $72.. earning 10cents more!!.. haha..
didnt lost anything, but i also didnt gain anything..
but i'm happy enought to get back wat i deserve!!..
said bye to the 8 policeman.. and HOME-SWEET-HOME feeling super happy~!!..
All thanks to my HERO dear!!
he's the one who wanted to call a police..
he's the one who stay by my side and sayang mi when i'm feel sad..
he's the one who helped mi to get back wat i deserve..
his main reason for calling the police is to clear my doubts..
he bought me another set of similar clothes when i lost it..
